Ability to work remotely from the States.

Breached signed contract terms, horrible leadership, no clear vision, no "real" staffed offices within the States even though they will say otherwise. Leadership will say one thing and do another. No clear understanding of what a "Director" role job duties should be, hiring under false pretenses.

Learned a lesson without wasting too much time.

Communication regarding quota and expectations. Abysmal hourly rates and everything I mentioned above.
