No work ethics. They first promise you 5 days a week, 10 am - 7 pm. You will see no one getting up their seats to go back home, even till 8pm. By mistake you get to go at 8pm Gaurav will tell you that the company meeting will start after 8 or 9pm with the client and you cannot leave until its over. Also in morning, they will ask you to come at 9:30 am for internal planning and meeting. So now the total time is 9:30 am to 9:30 pm which is minimum 12 hrs a day! If this was not enough, Amit will ask you to come on Saturdays with any reason until you are habitual to do so automatically and you come to office 6 days a week and 12 hours per day. Most employees are bachelors and live nearby, so since company policy is that if you be in office after 10 pm you get free dinner, so most employees stay for that. If you have a life or wife, then you need to think before spending 60hrs per week in company.
