Too Much Favoritism from Manager & Some People are Fake - Anonymous employee Jensen Precast Employee Review

There's lots and lots of favoritism in this company. when you go into the interview they will promise you the moon but once you are in, all that goes downhill. Also, I don't think that HR manager abd department managers should be buddy buddy because, employee complaints never get heard. Too many cliques within the company because people refer their friends/family and they get hired within the same department then you can feel the division in the department which makes it feel like your in high school all over again. No training at all, you have to figure things on your own. People will throw you under the bus and since there's favoritism, management will believe other people.
