      Pros

      Well if course I love the start up vibe, but more than that I we have the unique opportunity to change how one of the largest organizations in the world runs and influence how people think about retail and e-commerce.

      Cons

      I would focus on how we can make changes faster on the Walmart side of the business. It can slow us down at times because turning the Titanic is slower than turning a speedboat.

      Pros

      The culture was awesome, with one rule (Be Nice) I loved Jet. We kicked some major #$^^ so much so that Walmart bought us and killed us. We had fun, it was like working at an all night rave music and dancing while we worked. hard to describe, you had to be there.

      Cons

      the pay wasn't the best but the benefits more than made up for it. The insurance was fantastic, the fun we had at work was enough to make up for the lack of pay.
