Losing their Identity - Anonymous employee Jet Employee Review

Over the last two years, the company has started to merge with the Walmart corporate culture and the great environment and spirit and Jet has been fading away. While I understand that Walmart is a very powerful entity and it's important to have a unified corporate culture, but the Walmart way is a lousy way to merge towards. Leaders have become more concerned about aligning to the "Walmart way" of doing things that they're losing sight of what made Jet so valuable that Walmart wanted to buy it. They're going to continue to lose talented people because what made these people want to join Jet is being ripped away.
