      Pros

      Everyone is over paid. The remodeled office has the most expensive chairs ever made. Superficial from top to bottom. Outside investment firms keep injecting company with money because of the CEO's dad but this can't last forever.

      Cons

      We lie to customers to get their business. Pay now or pay later, the customers have to pay it all in the end and in the meantime, JSSI gets to play with their money. Culture is that you must be available 24/7, even if your wife is in labor. Bizav needs to stick to OEM HCM programs.

      Good learning opportunity with decent benefits.

      Cons

      Highly condescending and unorganized environment. Management tries to find easy solutions on fundamental issues with company practices, then scapegoats failures onto their employees. You might be spared if your personality fits their preferences.
