      - Flexible (Depending on your position) - Snacks - 401K Match - Company Lunch/ Team Outings (1-2x a year) - Good coworkers, very friendly team environment - Get your feet wet

      Cons

      - Awful Micromanaging - Strict Rules - Depending on your position, you are forced to work overtime - Customers comes before employees - Hard to move up - Favoritism from CEO - Unsafe work environments. Had to work during blackout in the warehouse - Unfair treatment - None of the shelves are actually attached to the floor, if there's an earthquake it could be dangerous

      Almost all the staff is very nice and easy to get along with, and the work can be very easy going and not too intensive.

      Difficult to move up within the company
