Pros
Really supportive and nice environment. Great co-workers. Currently full-remote, but a lot of flexibility to work from home or office before the pandemic. Since it’s small there is always opportunity to learn and grow.
Cons
Doesn’t have all the benefits that would be available at a larger organization.
