      The IT Department is allowed to work 100% remote. Company wide - a great group of people to work with.

      Compensation is a below average First year, PTO benefits are inferior to other companies PTO is use it of lose it. Unused PTO can't carried over from year to year No severance is offered Three workforce reductions sense 2020
