I have been at Jhana a little less than a year now, and I am still incredibly happy that I joined the team. I would 100% suggest Jhana as a place to work to my professional network, and I do this often by referring people that I think would be a great fit. Pros: 1) Love my co-workers, I enjoy being around them, learning from them and being challenged by them 2) Truly believe in the product– and I know that it will only get better 3) We have amazing customers– they are just as passionate about serving managers and employees as we are 4) Our leadership team is legit– they care about culture, development and being transparent 5) Work life balance is no joke here, we are encouraged to take care of ourselves

1) Finding a way to better engage with remote teammates when they are not in the office– I know we are working on this, but, the issues have not been fully resolved 2) The open office environment can be distracting for some, however there are some other areas around the office you can work from (and we can also work from home when needed)
