Very clean store, okay music, and fresh food.
Cons
The atmosphere caters more towards a younger generation and more often than not you are verbally harassed and abused. If you have any grievance, you are HEAVILY discouraged from making a complaint, and if you do make a complaint it's filed with the area manager who refuses to give you any contact information for human resources and more often than not will punish you for causing a problem. The assistant manager has openly admitted to being homophobic and racist and will outright call people he dislikes racial and homophobic slurs, and when brought to the attention of upper management you're told it's a 'Bonding experience'. You are heavily ENCOURAGED to work while off the clock, and are berated by other employees if you don't. Work hours are extremely unreasonable and pay is minimum and not equal to the amount of work you're given. Employees will outright insult, degrade, and be plain rude to customers and other employees (very hostile environment.) Management encourages employees to give customers bad bread and brown lettuce if the customer is rude. If you have a work related accident, the company will outright refuse you workman's comp and you are threatened if you try to get workman's comp.
