Pros
Was amazing in the beginning.. Food allowance. Relaxed culture. Great team environment. Food and snacks in the break room that appeal to each individual... cohesive and symbiotic relationships between all team memebers doing the jobs they were hired and trained to do, and doing them efficiently.
Cons
Management changed. Shouldering jobs that are not in a skill set. Lack of direction from the COO. Being put into postitions where you can not succeed. Having what foods I “can and should eat” being dictated to me.
