      Very good working experience Friendly work place with some good colleagues relations that resulted in some good friends

      Cons

      Poor management Company started small but when it became bigger it did not adapt its process to its size correctly which ended up in a not very well defined and applicable process Struggles keeping pace with tech trends Poor training process

      We are like a family, we all help each others. The managers are understanding. We learn a lot with every project.

      Cons

      Management should be better. discipline at work should be applied. Raises should be given yearly to motivate us.
