First, thank you for the feedback. I'm happy to read about your positive experience with our cool employees and product as they are two keys to our rapid growth and strong culture. However, I am sorry to read that you personally had a bad impression, especially when it comes to my level of engagement. I take every employee's success at Jitterbit very seriously and I am very "checked in" to how we, as a team, are building a world-class organization. To clarify, there has not been and currently is no hiring freeze - a fact underscored by the fact that we've doubled the size of the company in the last 12 months.
As we've had very little turnover at Jitterbit, I feel confident that I know why you wrote this review. Please don't interpret my decision to not act on your demands as being "checked out". I disagreed with your view of employee performance and I put my trust in other department leaders to manage their part of the business. In a growing company it is critical that we can rely on each other to remain professional and respect management decisions even if we don't always agree with them.
Just as when you were here, my proverbial door is always open and you have my contact info if you would like to discuss your experience further.
