My experience with JobHai has been extremely disappointing. After raising concerns, my job post was temporarily made active and then abruptly closed at midnight without any prior discussion — only an automated email notification. Support responses were slow and inconsistent. When escalated, calls were disconnected and blamed on “network issues,” with no proper resolution provided. There is also a serious lack of transparency regarding candidate data access. Job visibility is restricted to narrow locations without clearly informing recruiters upfront. Poor support, sudden job closures, and hidden limitations make this platform unreliable for recruiters. I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution.
