Perks: Don't think of it as naukri.com it's a different organisation all together. And trust me they don't transfer to naukri, I tried Job hai is different entity with the worst culture.

-Boot licking culture -Worst management ever. -micro management at the lowest level -The engineering managers are the worst trust me. If you are hired for a backend role, I would request you to look for options. If you are desperate, consider the role but keep looking for jobs the minute you join in.

Zero pros I have paid for nothing

My experience with JobHai has been extremely disappointing. After raising concerns, my job post was temporarily made active and then abruptly closed at midnight without any prior discussion — only an automated email notification. Support responses were slow and inconsistent. When escalated, calls were disconnected and blamed on “network issues,” with no proper resolution provided. There is also a serious lack of transparency regarding candidate data access. Job visibility is restricted to narrow locations without clearly informing recruiters upfront. Poor support, sudden job closures, and hidden limitations make this platform unreliable for recruiters. I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution.
