      Management keeps changing their mind on projects, once you reach a certain salary you are fired - bottom line, don't work here.

      - Good work-life balance - Room for growth - Very talented and friendly team members

      - Management can be toxic at times - You must grow an "elephant skin" to survive for several years there - Salaries are pretty low for people without experience
