Pros
Depends on your role. Overall I think most would say great colleagues because it's a very open and friendly environment. It's also a very young culture many have work-friends. There's a lot of flexibility and the option of working from home a couple of days a week, so it's also a great place to be if you have kids and need to work around pick-ups and drop-offs.
Cons
Very hard to advance, and managers are often hired from within and not competent - not a lot of collaboration between departments. It's hard to make changes and provide input. Very rigid processes and work pressure can be extreme again depending on your role, but I've never worked for an organisation where so many have had to take sick leave because of stress. It's better than it has been in the past however.
