Everything starting from management: inconsistent and ever changing kpis, prioritizing positive framing and self branding over actual "bad" results, overcommitting and in turn micromanaging without actually thinking of solutions, and lastly, the politics keeping an underperforming and incompetent leader still employed

The benefits are good, office is nice.

Bombarding unrealistic targets, no more flexi time, micromanagement at its finest
