Very bad Place To Join - Senior PHP Developer Jobzella Employee Review

Management is very bad and doesn't do any of their work. Salary is very low compared to the market. Doesn't hire seniors levels, so all people there are suffering and messing with a lot of things starting from meetings, planning, and implementation (You can imagine that the one who leads is just only 3 years Experience). Never let you learn or try new things. heavy loads and never appreciate your effort if you continue working after work hours ( yes, this normal ). The teams there as gangs and fighting each other and the boss is the one who prove that the error is not from my side. Very bad communication from top level technical .
