Pros
The only advantage is when you leave the company you will find a better job because your CV includes that you've worked for John Keells.
Cons
Almost all the things are worst. HR is bad, most of the managers have their own politics. Also the management does not have strong technical knowledge to be there. They just don't follow the best practices and do not change according to the international standards. If you can live and mold with the politics, you could be the JKH group chairman someday.
