Employees are recognized and rewarded for contributing ideas and making accomplishments. All employees have the same opportunity to affect change at all levels and in any department. Benefits are exceptional. Quarterly bonuses, plus commissions for sales. Profit sharing is generous, in addition to 401(k) matching. Adapted to COVID-19 and weathered 2020 without decreasing staff, pay, bonuses, or benefits.
