Corporate decided to implement a new poorly executed system that turned the company into a war zone. This new system brought out the worse in everyone from bullying to outright backstabbing. Trust me; we aren't the only store feeling the heat. Corporate increased online promos and expanded online inventory to include retail, but they didn’t think they needed to hire more people... More promos and available products = more customers, which = more problems. I mean, come on that’s common sense! Not only does our role include retail responsibilities, but also picking and packing for online orders. We also have ecommerce calling us with product questions they don’t have access to and angry customers that haven’t received a response or refund in weeks. It's not ecommerce’s fault, but where was upper management in resolving this asap? Everybody wants to be in charge here. This is a very "top heavy" place. You guys threw everyone below you under the bus. Not cool...
