- Unless you are in the "inner circle" you will be not be promoted or receive appropriate salaries or bonuses - If you are a female, you can bet you will never get a promotion. - Employees who brown nose the right managers will be privy to information they should not have - Job performance is not a factor when the company does lay- offs. It is about who you know and if they like you or not - Upper management can be hostile and abusive - Salary is not competitive or in line with the amount of work good employees do to make up for those who find that work is a social event - Gossip is rampant and HR does nothing to stop it - Hard work is rewarded with being able to do other peoples jobs
