There is no good reason to work for this company. Only allowed 30 hours per week. Schedule out on Friday for sun- sat. No notice! Can't plan or make appointments at that. Not that you could afford to make any kinds of appointment! Who can survive on this wage and hours! Don't forget this week 1st shift, next week 2nd! And don't get comfortable because you're back on 1st the next week!
Cons
No communication from management. Work three different shifts every week. They care so little they will replace you without even a phone call. Imagine, your mom does. You call in to work and explain. They say call this number. So you do, and leave a message Wouldn't you expect a phone call. To say you are replaced? Rather than show up and see screw you and your mom we don't need you!
