      Great people to work with. Supported by the community.

      Refuses to leverage non-law enforcement skills. Poor retention of new employees due to "this is the way we have always done it" attitude. Still has a mindset of "paying your dues"

      The salary was good and the benefits were great. Work schedule was flexible and with less than 6 months you could pretty much choose hours

      Cons

      Didn't let everyone know of opening. Was a lot of hand selected. Placed people in positions that they were not qualified for
