10yThank you for the review. We are glad to hear you enjoy the variety and complexity of your work, and that you receive the support you need to be successful in your role.
One of our primary internal areas of focus for 2016 is to further explore how we can recognize and reward our people. Long hours are inherent in the public accounting profession, but we believe we can implement strategies to balance out these business demands. As in previous years, we will conduct compensation benchmark studies across all levels and office locations to ensure our compensation is at least meeting the market, if not leading it. Additionally, during the most recent “State of the Firm,” it was announced that a taskforce comprised of Johnson Lambert employees at all levels had been formed. This taskforce is working closely with HR leadership to review current benefits and employment practices, and it will provide recommendations for improvement.
