Pros
Amazing 401k and additional defined contribution plan. Regular profit sharing bonus, and good raises. Culture is improving every year, and it feels less and less isolated from the rest of the company.
Cons
Smaller part of Johnson Matthey. There is room to grow, but not as much in the Detroit area. Not as much exposure within the larger JM.
