Pros
not many, everyone has something to say about each other. lots of gossip goes on in the departments which makes it difficult to just do your work like you are supposed to. i was a temp before i got hired on and they did not do ANYTHING nice for temps. they do different activities ie: bowling, Christmas party, etc. and did not invite the temps which I found extremely rude. Temps work just as hard as regular employees and deserve to be recognized for their efforts.
Cons
feels like high school. the HR team is totally unapproachable and rude. every departent manager hires people from their previous jobs and favors them. no work-life balance.
