Sometimes management's decisions are not transparent as it claimed in corporate culture. Sometimes it is hard to find right person from HR team when everybody is on vacations.

Highly skilled colleagues. The office is in a good location of Tampere city.

Some people from chief-level management are quite arrogant, ignorant and rude, and they don't show respect to every employee. Very project and customers oriented.
