Below average work environment, not so good work life balance and reporting structure - Data Encoder/Data Entry Jollibee Employee Review

Company building is quite old and the offices are quite small. Quite poor work life balance because there is a large volume of work that can only be finished beyond work hours. As a data encoder I was stressed because I report to 6 people. Salary is almost minimum.
