Pros
Still some great people working here, car park
Cons
There is poor and inconsistent pay between employees, a lack of communication, and no clear business strategy. Meetings for the sake of meetings are commonplace. The new CEO is driven by ego and makes decisions on a whim. At one point, the entire company’s flexible working arrangements were changed solely to accommodate a single new hire, despite existing team members having other commitments and being unenthusiastic about the change. Ironically, this occurred right after he boasted about hiring two fully remote specialists based in another country. While refusing to listen to the team, he excessively relies on AI tools for basic tasks like drafting simple emails, further undermining confidence in his leadership. It’s unfortunate how things have unfolded; while the product is excellent and there are many wonderful people at the company, the atmosphere has deteriorated significantly over the past year, becoming increasingly toxic and tense. The focus on buzzwords like "growth" and "transition" has taken precedence, yet these ideas are rarely acted upon, with new initiatives often abandoned within a few weeks.
