Unprofessional and chaotic, even the HR team dont stay. No real structure or understanding of the real world of business. Skilled staff are v poorly treated and most have walked out after only a few weeks. The owner is rude, patronising and unbusinesslike. Family pop in/out of the business with no clear roles or direction, disrupting workflow which costs money. A vanity project which disregards highly skilled employees and is a shocking waste of money...and talent that could really grow the business.
