      Pros

      All the guys working in the shop minus upper management. All the guys in the wood shop, metal shop, prep and paint shop including the design manager are awesome people to work with.

      Cons

      Everything is a con including some of the people that are hired for certain positions. I would stay clear of working for this employer as they will ridicule you and belittle you in front of everyone. Classless act and not worth the stress or the headaches that they will impose upon you.

      Pros

      There are a lot of fun and challenging projects to work on, which i appreciated. Having worked on production lines, it was a nice change of pace.

      Management should involve workers during all phases of projects so the person building it can visualize the completion of it
