Pros
- Great place to start out, and quickly climb the ranks if you're willing to work. - Awesome health benefits - Very friendly co-workers. You will know everyone's name and face not long after starting. - The pay is competitive, if not better to anything else around my area. - "Mom and Pop Shop" feel. First company I have worked for where the CEO knows me by name.
Cons
- Turn-over does appear to be pretty high sometimes, however I do not feel it is the company's fault. - I do wish the parking lot was bigger.
