Pros
Neverending amounts of work. The benefits were great. You learn advanced skills.
Cons
Don't plan on a life outside work. You will work 10-16 hours a day with 3 hours sleep and be expected to be ready for the next day at 8. You are so worn out you just spend all weekend recovering. You will miss everything that has to do with your family during the week. They will ask you to do more and more and more and it never ends. Never been so miserable in my life. Was happy to be let go, if that means anything.
