Poor Management - Office Administrator Joseph Heler Employee Review

Used to have a nice working atmosphere but management quashed that.

Ran on a shoe-string, not supplied with what is needed for the job. Used to be a great/friendly working environment but now it's terrible. Management aren't willing to listen to their skilled employees and as a result they have lost the majority of great skills they once had. If you disagree with management you then have a target on your back. Expect a massive amount from their employees, overtime is demanded (with almost no compensation) and they constantly change their working schedules and expect people to just be available on their days off. As for health and safety, that is practically none existent.
