Pros
+There is so much freedom in this role! You are not micromanaged are you create your own schedule. (If you are someone who cannot sit at a desk, this job is for you!) +The pay is actually quite high for a sales job depending on your territory! +The company gives you a lot of benefits that many road sales jobs do not! (These are company vehicle, cell phone, and laptop! Not to mention they never restrict your budget if you need to book a hotel or buy food when you are on the road) +They have fabulous quarterly sales meetings usually in different locations each time which is a lot of fun! +If you love the clothing, you get a pretty hefty discount on them which is fabulous!
Cons
+This is not an easy job! You will do a lot of manual labor, and many of the other reviews are correct, you will load in anywhere from 4 - 10 racks of clothing in and out of a van countless times. (This process is outdated and I do agree there should be much smaller lines) +You will have to drive really far - Some territories have 4-9 hour drives included so your work life balance isn't always the best. + They are currently going through some changes to try and re-brand which is creating some difficulty with their existing accounts and it will be challenging to keep them on board All in all, I think this job is a great job for someone who is willing to work hard. In my opinion the pros outweigh the cons. However, it is important to know what the cons are before you start and be okay with them. To be honest, I've had way worse sales jobs, and unless you've had a few to compare to, you won't know the value of this one.
