The people you work with are some of the coolest people, community stocked fridge, regular training on pest topics.
Cons
You're in an open office in a call center environment, no wfh options, they're desperate for any workers even now with a high turnover rate, and the workload is devastating when they're short-staffed. Constantly felt drained and overworked. Had to go through call center training when a support specialist which requires maybe 5% call volume. During downtime, had to do collection calls. The whole company runs on energy drinks due to the stress and huge workload.
