In the meantime, I wanted to address a few of your concerns here. After a recent staff survey of things we should be working on this year, we have already started to take steps to help staff feel more appreciated. While as a company we already try to do a lot, we understand that everyone feels appreciated in different ways so we are trying to get more feedback on how our current staff wants to be appreciated. A full list of holidays is on the job offer and in the employee handbook which is agreed on prior to employment, while we currently offer 6 paid days off per year staff are welcome to use their own paid time off to take additional days off, and we are always flexible with people's personal time off requests. Since we provide medical services to try to make sessions available to families who need them. As a growing company, the exact details of day-to-day operations may vary. While pay does not go up or down as individual tasks are added, subtracted, or changed we do have various levels in the company including leads, managers, and directors which do allow for growth in pay since these roles do require significantly increased levels of work. We also offer monthly bonuses to account for the additional work people are doing in their posts.
