Steady 9:00-6:00 hours daily. Easy to find a work / life balance.
Cons
Upper management had zero respect for us "common folk." Seems if you worked in a cubicle, you weren't worthy of being treated like an actual person. Made to work on personal projects for the CEO and their family during work time.
