      A cool office + the ability to travel for work sometimes

      Cons

      -Cultish environment + culture -little to no guidance -cliquey senior team -people fired with no warning (no one is safe) -will hire teams then try to fire your partner if senior team doesn't like them -extremely high turnover -employees are replaceable and not valued -avoid at all costs

      Pros

      - Lots of freedom to work on projects as you see fit vs ridged structure/process. Need to be self motivated to really succeed. -Everyone talented and lovely people to work with. No egos. - hours ebb and flow but very reasonable compared to other agencies.
