Pros

- Company has its own product. Not working for ohter companies/clients - Health insurance for the employees (children pay half of the price - changed recently) - 1000 € when your child is born - For those who like, possibility of travelling to some countries in Africa - Multicultural environment

Cons

- Have to go to the office at least 3 times a week - The company nudges you to work exactly from 9 to 6 - Not very transparent whe decisions are made and communication is very poor - No availability from HR to hear employees' questions about the changes communicated - You need your own mobile phone to work (VPN, office access) - You have to install some softwares on your mobile phone so you can have access to your work stuff (then I guess they should give people a phone. I don't want to have that kind of software in my personal things) - Some HR people are a bit rude when you ask questions - Changed the why employees are evaluated not telling the managers that the process changed and did not explain to managees how exactly they are being evaluated - No mouse, keyboard, headphones are given to you
