Pros

- Driven Management Teams - Constantly evolving and improving the product - Listens to feedback from customers and employees - Flexible schedule - Super friendly people - Work/Life balance - Competitive product on the marketplace

Cons

Lots to learn during the onboarding process which isn't extremely easy to pick up due to the 2 SaaS platforms that JumpDEMAND builds. Has a decent amount of overlap. Once you get your head wrapped around the difference in products and processes as an employee, it gets much easier to manage.

Pros

The only Pro is Working from Home

Cons

Where to start?? This is by far the worst place I have worked. The training was terrible and practically non existent. There are a bunch of useless meetings which is so hard to not fall asleep in. Then within customer service the pointless retro meeting on thrusday was very stupid. Overall, i would avoid this place or at the very least, keep looking for a new job while there.
