Pros

1. Opportunity to develop in-platform experience across a variety of media platforms and channels 2. Client-facing exposure 3. Ability to work with a variety of brands across different verticals

Cons

1. Employees have little to no say into any of the day-to-day operations related to both the company itself, as well as client matters, even though they are told something completely different during the interview/onboarding process. Upon joining the team, employees are all given the title of "Partner" and told that the company is horizontally structured with all members of the team given an equal say in company matters. However, the reality is that the company is run entirely top-down by the founder, who has zero consideration for the opinions of the team, creating an environment of fear and toxicity. You are made to feel like your opinions do not matter. 2. Zero regard for work/life balance, which is a mentality created from management. Employees are expected to be on call 24/7 (even during weekends, holidays, and vacations) and reprimanded if they are offline and slow to respond to emails. Employees consistently pull 12-14 hours days and made to feel guilty if they take even a short break to eat lunch or step away from their desks for a breather. Environment of being overwhelmed and not feeling supported by management (e.g. Founder of the company) creates burnout quickly. Constant air of stress can be felt across the entire team. 3. Culture of fear, negativity, and stress. High employee turnover rate.

Pros

I absolutely love working at Junction 37! The vibe here is amazing, thanks to a great team leader who fosters a positive and supportive environment. The HR is always there to check on you, making sure you feel valued and supported. What I appreciate most is the human-based management approach, which truly prioritizes the well-being of employees. The work-life balance is also fantastic, allowing me to thrive both personally and professionally. I couldn't ask for a better place to grow and contribute!

Cons

I suggest that opportunities for career advancement be more clearly defined to help employees navigate their growth within the company.

Pros

If you're early in your career (supervisor level or below), Junction 37 is a strong place to start. You'll get hands-on experience across multiple channels and platforms, more freedom than you’d get at a holding company, and direct exposure to clients and even the CEO. It’s a great place to learn, test, and grow your skillset quickly.

Cons

For AD/Director level and above, this is more of a pit stop than a place to build a long-term career. While pay is solid, the leadership environment is stifling. The executive team operates as an echo chamber, and the CEO enforces a “my way or the highway” mentality that leaves little room for differing perspectives or innovation. Many senior leaders have exited over the past two years, and it's not hard to see why. If you're driven by collaboration, mentorship, or growth from strong leadership, this likely isn't the right environment. Expect long hours and minimal support — the priority is margin, not employee well-being. Other Notes: For the record, most of the 4–5 star reviews here were requested — if not strongly encouraged — by leadership. I was personally asked multiple times over several weeks to submit a Glassdoor review, with the understanding that leadership would read it immediately and likely know it was mine (given the company’s small size). That pressure made it hard for me and others to leave an honest review at the time.
