It was a very casual environment, my coworkers were very kind people.

The owner would walk around with his conceal carry gun on his belt, which made many people uncomfortable. They made it hard to get raises, regardless of quality work performance. It is a bit unorganized, and due to it being a family company, the family was always favored above the rest of the staff.
