The overall customer service experience at Juniors Fashion Week was excellent. From the moment we arrived, the staff was polite, attentive, and eager to help. Whether it was at the registration desk, the waiting area, or during the show, someone was always available to guide us.
I didn’t face any issues during the event. In fact, when I had a small query about my child’s ID card, the staff responded immediately and handled it with a smile. It showed they were well-trained and prepared to manage large crowds without losing patience.
Good customer service made a huge difference in how smoothly the day went. It’s clear that they prioritize families and want everyone to have a good experience. Very professional and impressive service overall.
Cons
Just a little bit of sitting arrangement, but heads of the team they managed all arrangement within next 5-7 minutes. All over experience is very nice, not to forget this event in my whole life and my junior life.
