Great work environment to work !!

Do not give reviews on time every year .

Hiring and onboarding went smoothly and was done intentionally.

Inconsistent management across branches regarding assets (machinery) and resources (ice and water unavailable), disregard for basic employee health and safety with minimum PTO accrual (.78h/wk) and no sick leave, unintentional delegation due to oversight (work being covered by other employees).
