      The salary was fair and benefits were good.

      Nepotism throughout company. Unorganized from Owner through Director level staff. Inconsistent messaging to employees.

      Pros

      Hiring and onboarding went smoothly and was done intentionally.

      Cons

      Inconsistent management across branches regarding assets (machinery) and resources (ice and water unavailable), disregard for basic employee health and safety with minimum PTO accrual (.78h/wk) and no sick leave, unintentional delegation due to oversight (work being covered by other employees).
