Pros
- Trust in employees, no micro-management - Great vacation policy (as long as you don't abuse it) - Pretty cool work, feels like you're accomplishing a lot, and allows you to be as creative as you want to be - Talented employees, never really have to pick up anyone else's slack - You will learn a ton about SEO that can be applied to almost any industry Overall great place to work. Definitely a get what you give kinda place. If you bust your butt everyday and challenge yourself to always be learning, you'll get a ton in return (including compensation). If you're lazy or careless, you'll probably get left in the dust.
Cons
- You will have a lot of bosses (not internally; but externally dealing with clients) - Sometimes too many clients at busy times of the year (expect to have a few late nights) - Very fast-paced, once you're behind it gets difficult to recover - Working with lawyers all day isn't always the easiest Cons are pretty much in line with any agency job. You probably have to fit within a certain type of personality to be good at this job.
